Terms and Conditions for World Knockout Boxing Series

Welcome to the World Knockout Boxing Series. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Event services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase tickets or attend the Event.

2. Tickets and Registration

• Ticket Purchase: Tickets for the Event are sold through authorized sellers and our official website. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise specified.

• Registration: For certain aspects of the Event, such as VIP access or special activities, prior registration may be required. Ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

• Entry Requirements: Tickets and registrations are non-transferable. You must present a valid ticket or registration confirmation and a valid ID to gain entry to the Event. Unauthorized duplication or resale of tickets is prohibited.

3. Event Conduct

• Behavior: Attendees must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests, participants, and staff. The Event reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Prohibited Items: The following items are not permitted at the Event:

  • Weapons or dangerous items

  • Outside food or beverages

  • Large bags or backpacks (unless required for medical reasons)

  • Recording devices (unless authorized by the Event organizers)

• Health and Safety: You must adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines in place at the Event. This includes following any related protocols or other public health measures.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content related to the Event, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and promotional materials, is owned by the World Knockout Boxing Series or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.

• Media Release: By attending the Event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in photographs or videos taken at the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the World Knockout Boxing Series, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your attendance at the Event.

• Event Changes: The Event reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the Event, including the schedule, lineup, or location, at its sole discretion. In such cases, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

• Force Majeure: The Event is not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies.

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law
